From Governance DEX to DeFi Infrastructure
Ramses has matured beyond a single-chain, governance-heavy DEX. Ramses X is its live multichain architecture: automation, fee-first deployments, and shared tokenomics while each chain retains its own execution and liquidity.
One token economy. Multiple chains.
Architecture Overview
Ramses X is already live as multichain infrastructure. Its architecture combines native RAM and r33 on HyperEVM with live OFT connectivity, chain-specific execution and liquidity, and a fee-powered deflationary module. The eventual Ethereum hub will change the token network's center; it is not what makes Ramses X multichain.
RAM Token & OFT Connectivity
HyperEVM is the current home of RAM and the canonical side of the live LayerZero OFT network. RAM and r33 can move among HyperEVM, Base, Polygon, and Robinhood Chain. Native assets are locked or unlocked by the HyperEVM adapters, while the satellite OFTs mint or burn on transfer.
Ethereum Mainnet is intended to become the canonical hub later, but its route is not currently active. Execution, liquidity, and governance remain chain-specific even where OFT connectivity is live.
| Component | Current Role |
|---|---|
| RAM on HyperEVM | Current native RAM token and home of the coin |
| HyperEVM Adapters | Live lockboxes for native RAM and r33 entering or leaving the OFT network |
| RamsesOFT Satellites | Live RAM and r33 representations on Base, Polygon, and Robinhood Chain |
| Ethereum Route | Configured but inactive; intended to become the canonical hub later |
| Messaging Fees | Live cross-chain transfers require source-chain gas and a quoted LayerZero messaging fee |
The live OFT architecture is designed to:
- Maintain coordinated RAM supply accounting across connected chains
- Avoid independently issued RAM tokens
- Preserve chain-specific execution, liquidity pools, and governance state
OFT connectivity unifies token supply accounting; it does not unify liquidity across chains.
Chain Structure & Fee Handling
A Ramses X deployment can operate with governance inactive and fee-only or ungauged liquidity, then activate governance through a published, deployment-specific process.
Fee-Only Mode
In this initial phase:
| Feature | Status |
|---|---|
| LP fee share | 95% of swap fees |
| Protocol / Sarcophagus share | 5% of swap fees |
| Emissions | Inactive |
| Gauges & Voting | Inactive |
The 5% protocol share creates fee-backed r33 burn opportunities in the Sarcophagus. Anyone can claim selected assets by burying the live r33 cost; every completed burial sends that r33 permanently to the dead address. No emissions are distributed during this phase.
Governance-Active Mode
Governance can be enabled after the deployment-specific activation criteria and responsible process are published. Activation is not automatic; it requires the applicable administrative or governance actions for that chain.
At that point:
| Feature | Status |
|---|---|
| LP fee share | 0% by default for gauged pools |
| xRAM voter fee share | 100% by default for gauged pools |
| RAM emissions | Active and directed by gauge votes |
| Voters | Earn fees plus incentives |
| Revenue stream | Backed by real activity |
The intended sequence is demand first, incentives second.
What This Enables
| Outcome | Benefit |
|---|---|
| Coordinated Supply | The live HyperEVM adapters and satellite OFTs maintain shared supply accounting; Ethereum remains the eventual hub |
| Independent Scaling | Chains retain independent execution and liquidity while starting fee-only |
| Published Governance Activation | Governance activation follows a deployment-specific process published before activation |
| Explicit Fee States | Fee-only pools use the 95% LP / 5% protocol split; gauged pools default to 100% for voters |
| Automation | AutoVaults remove manual voting while preserving user-controlled claims |
Ramses X is Ramses' live evolution from a governance-centric DEX into modular multichain DeFi infrastructure.
